How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks in advance, especially during peak season (May–September). Popular items book up quickly on weekends.
What is your delivery area?
We deliver within a 30-mile radius of our location. Delivery and setup are included in the rental price for most areas. Contact us for availability outside our standard area.
What surfaces can inflatables be set up on?
Grass is ideal. We can also set up on concrete, asphalt, or dirt. We cannot set up on rocks, mulch, or uneven terrain. Indoor setups require adequate ceiling height.
What happens if it rains?
Light rain is generally fine for most inflatables (water slides love it!). For safety, we do not operate during thunderstorms, high winds, or severe weather. We offer rescheduling or rain checks for weather cancellations.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a 25% deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due on the day of delivery.
Is there adult supervision required?
Yes. An adult (18+) must be present and supervising at all times while the inflatable is in use. We provide safety guidelines with every rental.
Do you provide generators?
Our inflatables require a standard 110V electrical outlet within 100 feet of the setup area. If power is not available, we can provide a generator for an additional fee.
